Tastings of our award-winning “Sinkhole” brand gin, made with water from the aquifer which feeds Kilsby Sinkhole and botanicals sourced in the Limestone Coast area have been growing in popularity.
Our tastings are exclusively available for guests with prebooked snorkelling sessions or sinkhole tours.
However, if you have a special event, VIP gathering, or birthday party, contact us to book a private gin tasting.

It’s also worth making a splash about the two medals won at the Tasting Australia awards in 2024: We got a Bronze Medal for our Contemporary Gin and a Silver Medal for our Limoncello Gin.
