Sinkhole Gin Distillery located on the edge of Kilsby Sinkhole is now offering pre-booked tastings of our award-winning “Sinkhole” brand gin.

Our gin is made with water from the aquifer which feeds Kilsby Sinkhole and botanicals grown on site and other specialty selected botanicals sourced in the Limestone Coast.

Our tastings are available for guests with prebooked snorkelling sessions or sinkhole tours. Or book exclusively the Sinkhole Gin Tastings @ Kilsby Sinkhole
